SUSPICIOUS DEATH: Andra Adams

Andra "Andee" Adams was a vibrant and artistic 27-year-old from Halifax, Nova Scotia, known for her passion for tattoos, Halloween, and her involvement in various creative communities. In 2019, Andee began a relationship with Dustin Ballard, who she met online. Andee traveled to Seattle, Washington, to visit Dustin in February 2020, but the COVID-19 pandemic left her stranded in the U.S., far from her family and friends.

As Andee's time with Dustin extended, her friends and family noticed significant changes in her appearance and behavior. Once confident and full of energy, Andee became isolated, cutting off communication with loved ones. She dressed differently, covering her tattoos and wearing clothes that didn’t match her usual colorful style. Friends and family suspected Dustin was controlling her, and dictating her actions. 

On September 19, 2020, following an argument with Dustin, Andee was killed after being struck by Dustin’s car. According to Dustin, the incident was a tragic accident that occurred after a fight between the two. However, there were inconsistencies in his story.
