MISSING: Sydney West
At just 19 years old, smart, beautiful, and athletic, Sydney West had her whole life ahead of her. She was brimming with potential, but on September 30, 2020, she took an Uber from her hotel in downtown San Francisco to the Golden Gate Bridge for an early morning run. She disappeared, seemingly into thin air, despite the bridge being crowded with other runners and walkers.
She’s never been seen since.
San Francisco police wrote it off as a suicide. Her family doesn’t believe she would leave behind everyone she loved so much.
No suspects have ever been named. No arrests have ever been made.
Her family hired a private investigator to continue the investigation when the police wouldn’t, but they are still left with far more questions than answers.
They just want justice for their daughter or, at the very least, closure.
