UNSOLVED: Amanda Clairmont

In the early morning hours of November 19th, 2017, before the sun had fully risen, police in Corinth, Texas found a suspicious vehicle in a vacant lot off of a service road.

Inside the vehicle, they found 21-year-old University of North Texas senior, Amanda Clairmont, dead from multiple gunshot wounds.

Everyone who knew Amanda, whether they were family or just casual acquaintances, said that she was kind, generous, and a sweet person. She wasn’t involved in anything that would lead to her being murdered in a random parking lot.

Years passed with the investigators releasing little information on Amanda’s murder. Still unsolved, Amanda’s friends and family are left, hoping that someone will come forward with the piece of information that will bring justice for Amanda.
