UNSOLVED: Mercedes Vega

Twenty-two-year-old Mercedes Vega was headed out for a fun night with friends when she was struck in the head and abducted from the underground parking garage of her apartment. Just a few hours later, she was found dead in the backseat of a vehicle that had veered off of the interstate. No one could imagine who would’ve committed such a brutal act, particularly against someone who was so kind, open, and loving. Her murder remains unsolved.
