Growing internet personality and E-Girl, Bianca Devins, was 17 in 2019 when she met a new friend online.
The two finally met in person after discovering they lived near each other and became close. They hung out frequently, and her family even got to know and trust him.
That trust would be broken one terrible night after a concert in New York City.

Bianca’s mother, Kim, has launched a petition and is asking:
“Please sign this petition to show lawmakers that we will not tolerate the spread of violent and graphic images on the internet! We need laws enacted to force companies to protect citizens from teh trauma and harassment that Bianca’s family and friends have endured.”
